The Digital X LLC (headquartered in Hirosaki City, Aomori Prefecture; Kazuya Naraoka, CEO; hereinafter "The Digital X") is pleased to announce that it has completed financing from Proclair Holdings Corporation (headquartered in Aomori City, Aomori Prefecture; Susumu Narita, President & CEO) and Sparkle Corporation (headquartered in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; Hideki Fukudome, President; hereinafter "Sparkle"), (headquartered in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture; Hideki Fukudome, President; hereinafter "Sparkle"), have completed financing from the Proclear HD Regional Co-Creation Fund.

It has been three years since I returned to Aomori from overseas, and at a time when I was making a major transformation from an individual to a business, I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work with such great partners as Proclair HD and Sparkle."
